After completing the tasks, reports are automatically generated for the transport and sales department. To achieve these goals, Horizon was unable to offer a suitable solution, so the company decided to develop and adapt an individual tool for optimizing warehouse operations.
To achieve the set goal, a prototype was created for both the administration part and the Android application. Creating the prototype helped clarify the company’s needs. By obtaining data from Horizon, the administration was able to distribute them to employees and set priorities; after the work was done, the data were sent back to Horizon as a waybill. The administration had the opportunity to follow all the processes of work.
